ARTIST STATEMENT
I use pastels and other materials to create a range a creatures ranging from relatively realistic to quite fantastic. Surfaces used include matboard, printing papers, and Masonite board prepared with gesso, pumice, and acrylic paint. I enjoy experimenting with mark making and color.
