The Powderhorn Art Fair is a fine art and fine crafts event. We're celebrating 31 years in 2022 on August 6th & 7th, 2022 and we're thrilled to announce we'll be back in Powderhorn Park!
2022 Applications Are Closed
Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA) is proud to enter of 31st year of celebrating and showcasing fine arts and crafts in 2022. Applications are closed for 2022. Sign up for our email list to be notified when our 2023 application opens here.
In-Person & Virtual
We're offering all artists juried into the fair the option of showing and selling a selection of work virtually offering more access points to buyers, and more exposure for artists!
Increasing Access
Fees are reduced across all categories this year in celebration of returning to the park!
We're offering a payment plan in 2022 for booth fees. If you want to learn more reach out to Ashley ashley@ppna.org.
Jury Details
Blind Jury – the jurors do not know the name of the artists during review and scoring
Scoring Criteria – jurors score based on overall impact, style/design, and technical skills
Artist Categories:
Main Exhibitor – artists who are over 16 years of age creating work in one of our medium categories
Community Showcase – artists who are over 16 years of age and local to Greater Powderhorn in South Minneapolis, MN
Group Exhibitors – arts organizations, collectives and groups who wish to show and sell their work together
Medium Categories:
Clay, Digital Art, Drawing, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Mixed Media, Painting, Paper, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, & Wood
The Powderhorn Art Fair does not accept crafts such as dried flowers, soap, candles, etc.

Main Exhibitors
Application Fee: $25 / Booth Fee $175
10' x 10' Booth Space
Display units should be designed for outside use and capable of withstanding the elements. All artists must have the proper weights and equipment
Community Showcase
Application Fee: $25 / Booth Fee $100
