The 33rd Annual Powderhorn Art Fair is seeking food vendors!

GENERAL EVENT INFO

Saturday, August 3rd, and Sunday August 4th, 2024

10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Daily

Powderhorn Park - 3400 15th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55407

Approximately 15,000 hungry guests visit the fair to shop with 190+ artists.

Fees

Space with provided electricity* - $650

Powderhorn Art Fair does not allow vendor's generators to be used during the fair.

Space without electricity - $350

**SPECIAL PROMOTION: DOUBLE FESTIVAL DISCOUNT**

 

In addition to the Powderhorn Art Fair, would you also like to sell your delicious goods to over 6,500 guests at the Powderhorn Porchfest?  Apply to BOTH festivals for a 25% discount off your Porchfest vendor fees!

The Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association will also host the 12th Annual Powderhorn Porchfest Music Festival on Saturday, September 21st from 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm. This event attracts over 6,500 attendees.

The food vendor fee for this event is $400. If you indicate your interest and availability to also participate as a food or beverage vendor at Powderhorn Porchfest in this application and are accepted, you will receive a 25% discount on your Porchfest space fee!
 

Requirements

  • Powderhorn Art Fair does not allow generators to be used during the fair.

  • If you're selected to vend at the Powderhorn Art Fair, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your slot to ensure we retain a diverse offering of food for guests and continue to keep our fee structure competitively priced. 

  • Upon notice of acceptance, vendors will receive an invoice for their deposit fee within 5 business days. Payment must be remitted within 10 business days of invoice. An invoice for the balance will be sent 30 days after the deposit invoice date. Payment of the balance must be remitted within 10 business days from receipt.

  • All vendors will need to provide an ST-19 Form, food license (or) permit, and insurance information upon acceptance into the show. All forms must be received within 30 business days from the notice of acceptance. 

Selection

Food vendors will be selected from applicants to create a diverse variety of food offerings for fairgoers.  After completing the application below and if selected, a Powderhorn Art Fair staff member will reach out to you to confirm your participation.
