ARTIST STATEMENT

My designs start as a sketch & come to life with hand-mixed clay colors, hand cut shapes, sanding, drilling, & assembly, all done by hand. I use time-consuming techniques (e.g. Millefiori, faux stone, faux tortoise, etc.) to differentiate my artwork.
