ARTIST STATEMENT
I make bags and gear from discarded kiteboarding kites. The kites are donated by people around the country and I clean, process, and sew them into new products which are durable, colorful, lightweight, and sustainable. I diverted almost 13,000 sq ft of fabric from the landfill in 2024. My products are purses, beach bags, zip pouches, vests, and other similar items.
