ARTIST STATEMENT

I create functional pieces and wall decor using discarded wooden boxes, sweaters, scarves, and recycled metal hardware. I disassemble fibers from the garments to create unique pieces of wall art and restored wooden jewelry boxes. I add forest inspired details to my work with foraged and dried mushrooms, moss, and bones.
