ARTIST STATEMENT

I picked up photography as a high schooler in San Francisco to document my changing city. It helped me learn about the neighborhoods and people outside of where I grew up. Until recently, I was a full-time freelance journalist who helped people learn about Twin Cities communities through words and images.
