Having a bit of a whale appearance I call this carved freeform piece of Walnut "Water Born". Intended as a display piece the oil base finish is not recommended for food use. Unlike most of my other pieces which are sanded very smooth, and buffed, Water Born has a bit more texture with a ripple feel through the body. Simply wipe with a dry cloth to clean.
