ARTIST STATEMENT
I am a queer, Jewish, trans emerging ceramic artist from Chicago. I am drawn to soda firing and wood firing because the results are beautiful and unpredictable, offering lessons in relinquishing control. I believe that ceramics should add a spark of play in the mundane.
