ARTIST STATEMENT
My pots start with simple thrown clay vessels that are then altered, textured, and carved. I attach organic, cobbled appendages and tripod feet, and finish the surface with colorful and dynamic glaze combinations. All work is fired to cone 6 in oxidation for functional use.
